Plain-language promise: Lion’s Pride Fitness uses personal information to operate the website, protect clients, and provide personalized coaching. The Company does not sell client personal information or sensitive coaching information.

1. Scope

This notice explains how Lion’s Pride Fitness LLC (“Lion’s Pride Fitness,” “the Company,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information received through BuiltByThePride.com, consultations, client accounts, coaching services, community-event registrations, forms, and communications.

2. Information We May Collect

3. How We Use Information

Information may be used to create and secure accounts; screen participation; manage community-class attendance and safety; personalize workouts, mobility guidance, nutrition habits, and accountability; communicate with clients; schedule and process services; maintain required business records; improve the website and coaching experience; investigate misuse; protect safety; enforce agreements; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Service Providers and Sharing

The Company may share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate the business, including website hosting, secure authentication and database services, scheduling, payment processing, website analytics, email, and document administration. Current website services may include Netlify, Supabase, Stripe, Calendly, and Google Analytics, each of which processes information under its own privacy terms.

Information may also be disclosed when a client directs or consents; when required by law or legal process; or when reasonably necessary to protect a person’s safety, prevent fraud or misuse, enforce agreements, or defend legal rights. The Company does not sell client personal information or sensitive coaching information.

5. Photos, Videos, and Testimonials

Lion’s Pride Fitness will not publish an identifiable client or community participant photo, video, testimonial, transformation, or private coaching record for marketing without separate permission. Declining photo or marketing permission does not affect eligibility for coaching or a community class.

6. Website Storage and External Links

The website may use browser storage necessary for login, session security, saved plan selections, basic functionality, and analytics. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technology to help the Company understand general website traffic, referral sources, page usage, and interactions with consultation, checkout, contact, and registration features. Analytics is not installed on protected client or coach dashboards or on contract, waiver, or minor-consent forms. Links to Stripe, Calendly, social-media platforms, or other external services take visitors to websites controlled by those providers. Their privacy practices apply after leaving this website.

7. Security

The Company uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access, including authenticated client accounts, access controls, encrypted website connections, and restricted database policies. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients should use strong unique passwords and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

8. Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, manage accounts, maintain payment and tax records, meet insurance or legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect safety, and enforce agreements. Information that is no longer reasonably needed will be deleted, anonymized, or securely destroyed when practical.

9. Client Choices and Requests

Clients may request access to or correction of their information, request deletion of eligible information, update account details, or ask questions about privacy by contacting the Company. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for safety, contracts, payment records, insurance, fraud prevention, legal claims, or other lawful obligations. Identity may need to be verified before completing a request.

Lion’s Pride Fitness does not knowingly provide coaching to a person under 18 without participation and consent from a parent or legal guardian. The guardian may request access to or correction of the minor’s coaching information, subject to applicable law, contractual obligations, and safety considerations.
