1. Scope

This notice describes how Lion’s Pride Fitness LLC (“Lion’s Pride Fitness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information received through BuiltByThePride.com, TikTok lead forms, consultations, client accounts, coaching services, registrations, agreements, and communications.

2. Information We Collect

• Identity and contact data: name, email, telephone number, age or age range, and account identifiers.
• Inquiry data: goals, challenges, readiness, preferences, consultation responses, and referral source.
• Coaching and safety data: exercise history, limitations, injuries, medications, allergies, pregnancy information, emergency contacts, and other information voluntarily provided for safer programming.
• Progress data: measurements, workout completion, check-ins, photographs voluntarily submitted, messages, feedback, and coach notes.
• Agreement data: contracts, waivers, guardian consent, signatures, timestamps, and form responses.
• Transaction and scheduling data: appointment, payment-status, financing-selection, subscription, and billing-related information handled by service providers. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on this website.
• Technical data: device and browser details, pages viewed, referral source, button interactions, authentication records, cookies, and session or local storage necessary for security, functionality, and analytics.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries; assess coaching fit; schedule consultations; create and secure accounts; personalize training, mobility, nutrition habits, and accountability; monitor progress; communicate with clients; process services; maintain business and tax records; investigate misuse; protect safety; enforce agreements; improve the website and client experience; and comply with lawful obligations.

Submitting a lead form authorizes us to contact you about the inquiry. It does not enroll you in coaching or guarantee acceptance or results.

4. Service Providers and Disclosures

We may disclose only the information reasonably necessary to providers that support hosting, authentication, databases, scheduling, payments, financing, lead collection, analytics, email, and document administration. These providers may include Supabase, Stripe, Calendly, TikTok, Google, and our hosting provider, each operating under its own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information at your direction, with your consent, when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect safety, prevent fraud or misuse, enforce agreements, or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal information or sensitive coaching information.

5. Health, Coaching, Photos, and Testimonials

Lion’s Pride Fitness is a fitness-coaching business and not a healthcare provider. Information supplied directly to us may not be protected by HIPAA. We nevertheless treat health and safety information as sensitive and limit its use to legitimate coaching, safety, legal, and business purposes.

We will not publish an identifiable client photograph, video, testimonial, transformation, recording, or private coaching record for marketing without a separate, optional authorization. Declining marketing permission does not affect coaching eligibility.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and External Links

The website may use cookies or similar storage needed for login, session security, preferences, functionality, and aggregate analytics. Analytics should not be placed on protected member dashboards or forms containing sensitive coaching information.

Links to Calendly, Stripe, TikTok, social platforms, financing providers, and other external services lead to systems controlled by those providers. Their privacy practices apply when you use their services.

7. Retention and Security

We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, manage accounts, maintain payment and tax records, satisfy insurance or legal needs, resolve disputes, protect safety, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely destroy it where practical.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections, authenticated accounts, access controls, and restricted database policies. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Clients should use strong, unique passwords and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You may request access to or correction of your information, request deletion of eligible information, withdraw optional marketing permission, or ask a privacy question by contacting us. We may retain information reasonably necessary for safety, agreements, payment records, insurance, fraud prevention, legal claims, or other lawful purposes. We may verify identity before completing a request.

9. Minors

We do not knowingly provide coaching to a person under 18 without active participation and written consent from a parent or legal guardian. A guardian may request access to or correction of a minor’s eligible coaching information, subject to applicable law, contractual obligations, and safety considerations. The website and lead forms are not directed to children under 13.

10. Updates and Contact

We may update this notice as services, technology, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably appropriate or legally required.
